Image Files
  • Supply as JPEG, TIF, GIF, PSD, PDF, or EPS.
  • Image files need to be properly named for the transfer. For example, if you are sending a TIF file, it should be named something like MYPICTURE.TIF. Do not use characters like @ # $ % & ? { } ( ), etc. Always add the proper three-digit extenstion to your file (i.e., TIF, JPG, GIF, PSD, etc,); so we will know how to open your file.
  • For print, supply as 300-600 dpi in CMYK. Supply images at 100%. For web, supply at 72 dpi, in RGB. We can edit the color format for you, from RGB to CMYK, and vice versa, if necessary for the application of the images. There will be some color inaccurancies in switching between the two. If you are trying to match a specific Pantone PMS, please supply us with that Pantone number and/or a hardcopy sample of the color (i.e., if you are having us design apparel artwork to match your business card ink, etc.)
  • Black and white line art should be supplied at 600 dpi, saved in a TIFF format.
  • For digital presentations, we accept Powerpoint or Freelance files.
  • We accept hardcopy photos. Remember that we can't make a fuzzy photo look as good as one originally in focus, so supply images that are clear (both digitally and hardcopy).
  • Slides and other transparencies should be scanned on a scanner built for those media. You can also create electronic files by using a digital camera, provided they meet the resolution requirements.
