Our primary focus in web hosting is using Apache-based (on Linux and Apple OSX) and IBM Lotus Domino-based technologies. We also offer services and support using other technologies as well.

We have offerings for smaller business just needing a basic low cost web site hosting solution, and have more advanced web site hosting packages for clients whose needs require application programming technologies such as Lotus Notes/Lotus Domino, and PHP/mySQL hosting (LAMP) configurations. Our basic and standard packages are in a shared environment where a server services more than a single client's web site or application. For our corporate hosting clients and "power" clients, we also offer customized solutions wanting their own private server or needed specific software services.

* Mindwatering's hosting service is based on support time blocks. Support time blocks are consulting time paid to cover customer updates and configuration changes up to the time remaining in the block. Additional consulting time blocks can be purchased for clients needing additional time.

For the standard hosting packages, time that is not used at the end of each hosting period does not carry to the next period.
For the Custom Hosting Solutions option, the client's block time pays for services the client wishes for us to perform on the virtual server. The block time is used until none remains. It has no expiration. The monthly fee is the static cost to cover our overhead expenses related to hosting the VMs.
